The College of Business and Economics of Qatar University, holds today a workshop on business education in Qatar, ”A Coffee with an Expert”, inviting TOP EXECUTIVES and Economics EXPERTS from Qatar and GCC. Dr. Theodore Theodoropoulos (QE-QCIP), Mrs. Sara AlAthaba (QFB), Mr. Andrew Williams, Mr. Rajagopal Ramamoorthy (Vodafone) and others share their experiences across energy, telecommunications, banking, hospitality, sports and education sectors.

The college was established in 1985 to provide high quality, applied business education in a collegial, intellectually stimulating and supportive learning and working environment. Guided by the university reform plan and committed to innovative curriculums, and continuous improvement, the college seeks to offer undergraduate and graduates business programs that connect theory to practice, promote critical thinking, and engage students in active and collaborative learning. The required number of credits of graduation is 125 in all three departments of the college, as Accounting and Information systems, Finance and Economics, Management and Marketing.
