As we approach the end of March, it is very much a case of Groundhog Day with no let-up in the number of deals being signed throughout the Middle East.
If January and February were busy months for contracts, then ‘Mad March’ produced more of the same with huge billion dollar deals inked by some of the biggest companies in the world.
